Turning Inward: A Practice for Fall
Sunday September 20th

Join Katie & Isabel for a special Equinox Workshop

The Fall Equinox marks a moment of balance—a threshold between the expansive energy of summer and the quieter, grounding rhythm of autumn. This practice is an invitation to integrate your summer experiences, tend to the body, and make space for the season ahead.
All levels of experience are welcome.
We will begin by learning several traditional chants (accompanied by Isabel Castro on the harmonium), then move into an asana practice with the intent to release and focus.  We will end with an extended relaxation and period of quiet reflection.

Chanting + Asana 9-11am
$35

After practice, you’re invited to stay and make a marigold garland. Flowers will be sourced from a local farm, and all supplies will be provided to create a 6+ foot garland. Marigolds dry beautifully and are a bright reminder of the warmth and abundance of summer as we move into autumn.

Workshop + Marigold Garland 9-12pm
$70

Movement. Breath. Release.

IYENGAR YOGA

Repose Yoga emphasizes precise alignment and the balanced strengthening of the muscles that support healthy posture. With careful attention to alignment in every pose, students learn to engage their muscles evenly to support the body, creating a safe and harmonious practice. The thoughtful use of props helps each person find optimal alignment for their unique body, distinguishing Iyengar Yoga from other yoga styles. Your first class is free, book a class below.
